Karen Sunday has been active in the Orange County Commercial real estate market for over 20 years.

During that time, she has been responsible for more than 1,200 transactions, with a total value in excess of 350 million dollars.   No  office Lease or Sale is too small or too large for Karen Sunday.  The Broker sold the Chart House and Billy's building in 2007 in excess of 20 million dollars and helped in the negotiation of the New and Renewal Leases.  But she will help a small Tenant lease 500 sq ft as in the long run its relationships that are important in the Long term.

 Karen consistently signs several Office Leases (or Industrial)  every year in access of millions of dollars by representing Tenants in relocating, renewing or purchasing a facility for their existing and Start-up companies.  She will help a Tenant sublease their suite if there is a need to share or relocate or close down their firms.   Her skills and experience in the business are unsurpassed.  She is professional and hard working and tenacious and will not give up!  She will find what works for her clients and persevere.
The Broker specializes in relocating, expanding and renewing Tenants and understands space planning and architecture and Listens to what a Client wants!

Karen was selected by The Irvine Company and PM Realty Group as one of the top five Newport Center Brokers for ten consecutive years (1991-2001). The Irvine Company also honored her for outstanding performance for the Investment Properties Group in 1992-2008 as a one of the continuous top office brokers annually in Orange County. 

She is active in CREW and charities and plays in Golf tournaments for charity as well.
Although she never had children of her own,  she mentors several children of her peers and "adopts" many kids into her life to help and guide them- and to "Give Back".   Sports are the backbone of successful individuals and loves to watch venues from the Lakers to Professional Golfers and participate whenever she can.    She looks out for her several Nieces and Nephews and peers and wants the best for all of them and tries to teach her work ethic and retain integrity but yet retain a  Zest for life!

Additionally, Karen Sunday  has a Landlord background as well .  She was employed over five (5) years for the Irvine Company as Director of Leasing for over 3 million sq. ft. of office buildings located in Newport Center. This extensive Leasing background has augmented her skills as a top leasing agent in Southern California.   She understands both sides of a transaction and her "WIN WIN" attitude prevails.

Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California with honors. She was on full scholarship to USC. Karen worked several jobs during college including working on the campus at USC as well as the Airlines and Trade Show Modeling. She graduated with honors.  Her passion is golf and skiing and traveling and keeping in shape!  She maintains a beautiful home in Indian Wells country club to be shared by Clients, friends and family.

Karen's expertise is in understanding the local market conditions and knowing the key players in the real estate industry. She is a good communicator and has business and academic experience that reinforces her ability to understand the business priorities and objectives of her clients. She has worked consistently with large, diverse, and complex organizations and has developed a broad base of appropriate experience. Karen's past experience in representing Tenants and Landlords help identify, negotiate and secure incredible deals and space for her clients. She is a great networker and well connected in all aspects of the real estate market.
